Moderated by Janet Kopenhaver of the Embracing Arlington Arts Talks podcast, this Bard’s Action Corner brings together an exciting group of artistic leaders to discuss Women in Leadership. Joining us will be:
- Kathleen Akerley, known to area audiences as the Artistic Director of Longacre Lea, who recently joined the Avant Bard leadership team.
- Jocelyn Kuritsky, who created the award-winning A Simple Herstory podcast with the goal of bringing into focus the many forgotten women who have run for U.S. president.
- Donya K. Washington, of the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, who directed Season 1 of A Simple Herstory.
